If you submit a housing requirement, we may collect information about the accommodation required, including location, property type, capacity, intended use and timeframe. We may also collect the contents of messages or enquiries you send to us and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not provide sensitive personal information or special-category personal data through our general website forms unless we have specifically requested it and explained why it is required. When you use our website, our systems may also process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.
